Bulky waste
collection service:
This service is for household bulky waste that cannot be placed in the sorted waste containers. It is mainly for used furniture, electrical appliances and pruning waste.
A bulky waste and household collection service is provided by specialised personnel with specific equipment:
• A 3.5 tonne truck with an open body and lifting platform. Six days a week during low season and a daily service during high season.
• 12-tonne grapple crane lorry. One day a week during low season and two days a week during high season.

Manuel and mechanical
street cleaning service:
Cleaning streets in public areas (roads, footpaths, squares, emptying bins, etc) using specialised operators equipped with cleaning tools and electric mobility equipment. These services will operate six days a week during the low season and daily during the high season.
In addition, a street sweeping truck undertakes several days of mechanised cleaning using pressurised water.
Environmental awareness campaign:
The environmental awareness service includes specific campaigns for both the town’s residents and establishments with the aim of providing information on correct waste management.
• Information campaign for the setting up organic waste collection.
• Campaign to hand out materials to encourage sorted collection (compostable bags, bins for organic material, bags for selective separation, informative documentation, etc).
• Campaign to advise the hotel and catering sector on correctly managing waste.
• Support and monitoring campaign for the hotel and catering sector.
• Campaign against food waste.
• Campaign against textile waste.
